Once the hat arrived, and I realised the mistake, I got in touch with their Customer Service reps. My email (requesting a refund) gradually turned into quite a lengthy argument with their customer service where they essentially refused to refund me or replace it.
I was shocked! I’ve never had a customer service rep tell me that I was wrong, especially a company as “high end” as Marley Lilly.
I’m sure most people would direct you to Marley Lilly, but I recently had an awful experience with their customer service and would not recommend them at all.
