Ignore my last ask--scrolled down a bit and found your ML post! I agree that the monogram was poorly done and the font must have been changed if it was supposed to be interlocked. Did you ask if you could at least have an exchange? I know they don't do refunds because everything is customized but that wasn't what you paid for

Hey there.

Once the hat arrived, and I realised the mistake, I got in touch with their Customer Service reps. My email (requesting a refund) gradually turned into quite a lengthy argument with their customer service where they essentially refused to refund me or replace it.

I was shocked! I’ve never had a customer service rep tell me that I was wrong, especially a company as “high end” as Marley Lilly.

Has anyone else seen the line yet? I love it!
